Role Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer - Python for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in Python software development, backend engineering, application development, APIs, automation, data processing, databases, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and modern software-engineering practices.

The Software Engineer - Python will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Python-based applications, backend services, APIs, automation tools, databases, internal platforms, enterprise systems, and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy, cloud platforms, microservices, testing frameworks, Git, Docker, CI/CD, and related Python technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Python development, software engineering, backend development, application development, API development, automation, data engineering, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Software Engineer - Python, Python Software Engineer, Software Engineer Python, Software Engineer (Python), Python Developer, Python Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Backend Developer,



Application Developer, Automation Engineer, Associate Software Engineer, Graduate Software Engineer, Junior Python Developer, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of Python programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, modules, packages, functions, classes, exception handling, debugging, and clean coding practices.
- Familiarity with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python web and backend frameworks will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite, MongoDB, Redis, or similar relational and NoSQL databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database design, joins, indexing, normalization, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, queries, and basic query optimization will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, or similar libraries will be beneficial.
- Exposure to automation, scripting, workflow automation, report generation, data extraction, data transformation, and scheduled processes will be considered an advantage.
- Exposure to ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, data validation, data cleaning, batch processing, or data-integration workflows will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, debugging, code reviews, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to PyTest, unittest, Postman, unit testing, API testing, integration testing, or automated testing will be beneficial.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools,



virtual environments, dependency management, application deployment, configuration, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be advantageous.
- Exposure to microservices, Celery, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, asynchronous processing, background jobs, scheduled tasks, caching, or messaging systems will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, API security, authentication, authorization, encryption, and input validation concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to serverless applications, cloud functions, scalable backend systems, distributed applications, or event-driven architectures will be advantageous.
- Exposure to machine learning, artificial intelligence, generative AI, large language models, data science, or analytics using Python will be considered an additional advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, dashboards, reporting tools, ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure Python software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, academic project, Python project, backend project, API project, automation project, data project, database project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time Python-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new Python frameworks, libraries, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, automation tools, testing technologies, and modern software-engineering practices.
