About the Role

Aara Play is building Gullu Giggles, a character-led IP for children through toys, books, games and animation. We are looking for a creative, proactive freelancer to manage social media activities and build an engaged parent community ahead of launch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp and YouTube.
- Plan monthly content calendars and publish Reels, posts, carousels, Stories and Shorts.
- Write engaging captions, coordinate creatives and ensure consistent posting.
- Manage comments, DMs and the WhatsApp parent community.
- Plan polls, surveys and interactive activities to gather parent feedback and validate product interest.
- Support pre-launch campaigns,launch and post-launch initiatives.
- Track performance, analyse engagement and prepare monthly reports.
- Suggest content ideas and strategies to improve reach, engagement and community growth.
- To create and nurture the parent community

Key Deliverables & KPIs





- Work collaboratively with the management to create content calendars and follow through with consistent publishing/auto scheduling.
- Measured Growth in relevant followers, reach and engagement.
- WhatsApp community growth and active participation.
- Parent survey responses, waitlist sign-ups and feedback, where applicable.
- Monthly performance report covering key metrics, insights and next steps.

Required Skills

- 5+ Years Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media management and content planning.
- Solid writing, communication and community management skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Experience managing consumer, parenting, toy or lifestyle brands is preferred.
