About UsThe Work Journals (TWJ) is a Mumbai-based creative and marketing agency working across Brand, Weddings, Interiors and Gifting. We are execution-first: we ship good work, on time, for brands, wedding planners, interior designers and architects.

The RoleYou will own the day-to-day social media output for our clients. That means designing Instagram grids, editing reels and keeping content going out consistently. You will work directly with our founder and the creative team.

What You’ll Do

- Design Instagram grids, carousels and static posts that stay consistent with each client’s brand look
- Edit short-form reels: cuts, transitions, captions, music sync and trending formats
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for multiple clients
- Turn briefs, raw footage and client assets into finished, ready-to-post content
- Schedule and publish posts, and keep an eye on basic engagement metrics
- Write simple captions and hooks, with support from the team
- Take feedback quickly and turn revisions around on time




- Keep to deadlines across several clients at once

What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience designing in Canva and/or Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma
- Reel editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InShot or similar
- A good eye for grid aesthetics, typography, colour and layout
- Understanding of Instagram trends, formats and what makes a reel perform
- Clear written communication and basic caption-writing ability
- Organised, self-driven and comfortable handling more than one client
- A portfolio of grids and reels (mandatory)

Good to Have
- Experience with lifestyle, wedding, interiors or architecture content
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools
- Understanding of analytics and reporting

Work SetupHybrid: a mix of in-office days at our Tardeo office and remote work. The in-office schedule will be shared at the time of joining.
