### ? Key Responsibilities

- Creative Design & Video Editing: Create engaging videos, reels, graphics, and social media creatives.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain clients’ social media accounts across relevant platforms.
- Content Strategy: Research trends, plan content calendars, and develop effective social media campaigns.
- Content Creation & Writing: Write engaging captions, posts, and promotional content aligned with brand objectives.
- Publishing & Scheduling: Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, interact with audiences, and build meaningful online communities.
- Brand Monitoring: Track brand mentions and encourage user-generated content.
- Performance Analysis:



Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports to improve campaign results.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform features, and emerging content formats.

### ✅ What You Should Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong skills in video creation, video editing, and creative design.
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Positive content writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar software.
- A creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn, experiment, and stay ahead of digital trends.
