Role Description The Social Media & Content Intern will support Shiksolve Education’s online presence by creating and publishing engaging content across social media platforms on a full time basis. This on-site role, based in Gurgaon, involves assisting in the development of content calendars, drafting posts, captions, and stories, and coordinating basic visual assets with the design team. The intern will monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions under guidance,



and collect insights to improve engagement and brand visibility.

Additional day-to-day tasks include supporting digital campaigns, researching industry trends, collaborating with the marketing and counseling teams, and helping ensure brand consistency across all communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support campaigns and online brand growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to plan, create, and optimize platform-specific content.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage audiences and collaborate with internal teams.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Current students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
