Role OverviewMatrix is looking for a dynamic, data-driven, and creative Social Media Account Manager & Team Head to lead our digital presence, brand storytelling, and social growth. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for end-to-end social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X), managing creative campaigns, and leading an in-house team of content creators, video editors, and graphic designers to elevate brand engagement and reach.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy &

• Growth: Design and execute cross-platform social media strategies to aggressively scale organic reach, brand awareness, and audience engagement.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor an in-house creative team of video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters to ensure daily, high-quality deliverables.
- Content Production: Direct the creation of viral short-form videos (Reels, Shorts), educational carousels, and student/topper success stories.
- Calendar &

- Workflow Management: Plan and enforce robust monthly content calendars to guarantee consistent posting schedules and campaign deadlines.
- Community &
- Reputation: Oversee community engagement,



handle student queries/DMs, and maintain a positive, trusted brand reputation online.
- Analytics &
- Optimization: Monitor weekly and monthly performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) to iterate and optimize content strategy.Key Requirements &
- Skills

- 3–6 years of core social media management experience, with at least 1 year in a team-lead capacity.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking, analytics, and performance reporting.
- Proven track record of scaling social accounts and deep knowledge of short-form video algorithms (Reels & • Shorts).

- Robust creative eye for video pacing, scripting, aesthetic design, and visual storytelling.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and deadline-management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in the education, coaching institute, or EdTech space is an added advantage.
