Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and socially confident individual who enjoys meeting people, initiating conversations, and building genuine connections.

The role focuses on creating a supportive and engaging environment where employees have someone approachable to talk to, spend time with, and share their everyday experiences and concerns. We are looking for someone who can take the initiative in building relationships, make people feel at ease, and offer companionship through meaningful conversations and social activities.

A background in psychology, counselling, or a related field would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate conversations and build genuine, friendly connections with employees.
- Accompany employees on coffee outings, café visits, restaurant outings, and other social activities.
- Participate in social gatherings, recreational activities, and occasional evening outings.
- Encourage open conversations through active listening and a non-judgmental approach.
- Offer informal emotional support around everyday experiences, workplace stress, and personal challenges.
- Help create a welcoming environment where employees feel heard, included, and comfortable being themselves.
- Coordinate schedules and plan outings according to mutual availability.

Candidate Requirements





- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to initiate and sustain conversations.
- An outgoing, approachable, and engaging personality.
- Strong active-listening skills, emotional intelligence, and an understanding of empathy and unconditional positive regard.
- The ability to connect with different personalities, build trust, and respect individual boundaries.
- A background in psychology, counselling, social work, or behavioural sciences would be a plus, but is not mandatory.
- Reliable, punctual, discreet, and comfortable attending social venues across Delhi NCR.

- The role focuses on social companionship and informal emotional support, not clinical counselling or mental health treatment.
- All outings, activities, and meeting arrangements will be mutually agreed upon.
- Participation in alcohol-related outings is entirely optional.
- Compensation, working hours, and responsibilities will be discussed transparently.
- The position involves no romantic or intimate obligations. Confidentiality and personal boundaries must be respected.
