Job Summary

Responsible for managing site accounting, project cost control, statutory compliance, vendor payments, fund management, and financial reporting to ensure accurate records and effective financial control.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounts, cash book, bank book, general ledger, and petty cash.
- Verify vendor bills, subcontractor RA bills, employee claims, and site expenses.
- Monitor material transactions and project costs against budgets.
- Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and vendor reconciliations.
- Coordinate client billing, vendor payments,



and fund requisitions with Head Office.
- Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Ensure accurate ERP entries and coordinate with project, procurement, and stores teams.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- B.Com / M.Com / CMA / CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of experience in site accounting, preferably in EPC, construction, or industrial projects.

Required Skills

- Solid accounting, taxation, and financial control knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- High accuracy, integrity, and ability to work independently at project sites.
