Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Incharge role based in Kochi and Goa.

The Site

Incharge will oversee day-to-day site operations, including planning work schedules, coordinating labor and subcontractors, and monitoring progress of outfitting, piping, and structural activities. The role includes supervising quality of work, enforcing safety practices, and ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are available as per project requirements.

Incharge will maintain site documentation, prepare daily/weekly reports, and communicate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders on timelines, issues, and resource needs. The position also involves identifying risks, resolving site-level challenges,



and supporting adherence to project specifications and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision and coordination skills, including managing work teams, scheduling activities, and monitoring daily progress.
- Practical knowledge of outfitting, piping, and structural works, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices, with experience implementing safety measures and conducting basic site inspections.
- Proficiency in maintaining site records, basic reporting, and using common productivity or project tracking tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with project managers, clients, contractors, and site personnel.
- Relevant technical qualification (diploma or degree in engineering or construction-related field) preferred; comparable experience in site management will also be considered.
- Ability to work full-time in office in Kochi, adapt to changing project needs, and handle multiple tasks under time constraints.
- Prior experience as a Site Incharge, Site Supervisor, or similar role in construction or engineering projects is an advantage.
