Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Site

Engineer will assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, monitoring material usage, supporting quality control inspections,



and updating site records and daily progress reports. The role also involves assisting in resolving site issues, verifying measurements, supporting structural and civil engineering tasks, and collaborating with project managers and design teams to maintain timelines and project quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site execution skills and be comfortable working at construction sites.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Candidates should possess foundational structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to building projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical documents; basic familiarity with MS Office and AutoCAD or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
- Knowledge of safety practices, local building codes, and standards will be an added advantage.
