Role Description The Site Engineer role at Windor is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.
The Site
Engineer will oversee day-to-day project execution, including supervision of installation activities for glass partitions, aluminium systems, doors, and related hardware.
Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, architects, contractors, and vendors, ensuring work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. The role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues,
and maintaining accurate documentation such as daily reports and measurements.

Engineer will also support project planning, material management, and adherence to timelines while representing Windor’s commitment to quality and professional conduct on site.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills, including experience managing installation or construction activities at active project locations.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and finishing requirements.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering or civil engineering knowledge relevant to architectural systems, building components, and site execution.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in commercial interior projects, façade, glass, or aluminium systems will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with construction drawings and measurements are beneficial.
- Working knowledge of basic project management tools and adherence to safety practices is desirable.
