Job Title: Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Onsite)

We are looking for a motivated candidate to support interior fit-out, refurbishment, and renovation projects. The role involves billing, quantity estimation, contractor coordination, and project documentation. Candidates with a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a relevant graduate degree with an Interior Design / Interiors background are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and project cost estimation.

Prepare and verify contractor bills, RA Bills (Running Account Bills), and measurement sheets.

Maintain project records, bills, work orders, and other documentation.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.





Support site measurements and verification of completed work.

Assist with billing and documentation for interior finishing and refurbishment works.

Track project progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or graduation with an Interior Design / Civil-related background.

Freshers can apply; candidates with contractor-side or interior project experience will be preferred.

Basic understanding of BOQ, billing, quantification, and project documentation is desirable.

Interest in interior fit-out, refurbishment, renovation, or finishing works.

Valuable communication, coordination, and numerical skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
