ServiceNow Test Automation Engineer – AutomatePro The Role

Own test automation for ServiceNow applications using AutomatePro. You will build, run and manage automated test suites that keep releases quick and reliable.

What You’ll Do

- Create, execute and manage automated tests on the AutomatePro platform
- Build functional, regression and integration test suites across ITSM, Service Catalogue, HR and IRM
- Schedule, monitor and manage test runs, and diagnose and resolve failures
- Support ServiceNow release and deployment cycles with reliable test coverage
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams with developers, testers and release managers

Must Have

- 5-10 years in testing, with strong hands-on AutomatePro experience
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, Service Catalogue, HR, IRM
- Proven experience building and running automated suites in AutomatePro
- Understanding of the ServiceNow application lifecycle and deployment process
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Good to Have

- AutomatePro modules: AutoTest, AutoDeploy, AutoMonitor
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- CI/CD pipeline integration with AutomatePro
- API testing (REST/SOAP)
