Role Description The SEO Associate role at Dreamcast is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The SEO Associate will work on optimizing website and landing page content, conducting keyword research, and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search visibility and organic traffic. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring website performance, analyzing SEO metrics and trends, managing backlinks, and collaborating with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all digital assets.

The role also involves performing regular site audits,



identifying technical SEO issues, and staying updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices. The SEO Associate will support campaign planning and reporting, contributing to data-driven decisions that enhance online presence and lead generation.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of core SEO practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze website performance data, interpret SEO metrics, and create actionable insights and reports.
- Understanding of content optimization for search, including meta tags, internal linking, schema markup, and user experience considerations.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and collaboration with web development teams to resolve technical SEO issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in SEO or digital marketing, preferably in B2B or technology-driven environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
