Role Description The Senior Video Editor role at Doriame Design is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves leading end-to-end video production, including planning, editing, and refining video content for brand campaigns, product launches, social media, and digital marketing assets.

The Senior Video

Editor will be responsible for color grading, sound alignment, and ensuring visual consistency across all video materials. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers and motion artists, creating high-quality motion graphics, optimizing video formats for different platforms, and maintaining project timelines. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, contributing to creative direction,



and continuously improving visual storytelling standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production and video editing, with experience managing projects from concept to final export.
- Proficiency in video color grading to maintain consistent and qualified visual tone across projects.
- Ability to create motion graphics and integrate them seamlessly into video content.
- Experience working with graphics and visual design elements to support cohesive branding.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a senior or lead video editing role, preferably in a creative agency or design-focused environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail in video work.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional creative teams in office in Mumbai.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving creative direction.
- Relevant degree or certification in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent professional experience is also valued.
