Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Specialist with expertise in US Pharma and Medical Device Recruitment. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, fulfilling client requirements, sourcing specialized talent, and building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong US recruitment experience, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to mentor junior recruiters while delivering quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Pharma and Medical Device requirements, from sourcing and screening through offer closure and onboarding.
- Source candidates for relevant roles across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, clinical, quality, regulatory, and related domains, based on client requirements.
- Use Boolean search, job portals, LinkedIn, social networks, referrals, and other sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
- Review job descriptions and understand client requirements, technical skills, experience, and hiring priorities.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for role fit, experience, qualifications, and client-specific requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, negotiate offers, and drive timely closures.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, recruitment activity, and pipeline updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Monitor recruitment progress, identify bottlenecks, and work toward defined hiring targets and turnaround times.
- Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and recruitment delivery.

Required Skills

- Experience in US recruitment, preferably in Pharma, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device hiring.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and ATS tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a US/night shift.

- Experience hiring for specialized Pharma or Medical Device roles.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant talent.
- Experience mentoring junior recruiters and supporting recruitment delivery.
