About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Solution Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Snowflake, and AWS to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native data engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals, extensive experience in building production-grade data pipelines, and the ability to independently manage solution development, deployment, optimisation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-native solutions using Python, Snowflake, and AWS.
- Build and optimise ETL/ELT workflows, Snowflake data models, SQL queries, and data transformations.
- Develop Python-based applications, APIs, automation scripts, and reusable data processing components.
- Work with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Implement data quality, security, access controls, monitoring, and governance best practices.
- Integrate Snowflake with AWS and enterprise data platforms.
- Optimise Snowflake query performance, compute utilisation, and operational costs.




- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure solution reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7–12 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, solution engineering, or data engineering.
- Strong Python programming expertise in application development, scripting, APIs, and data processing.
- Deep hands-on Snowflake experience in data modelling, SQL, ETL/ELT, performance tuning, and optimisation.
- Strong AWS cloud experience with services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, IAM, CloudWatch, and orchestration tools.
- Experience designing and deploying production-grade data engineering solutions.
- Robust understanding of data integration, cloud architecture, and data governance.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
