Job Overview Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional with 5-7 years of experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CRM configuration, customization, integrations, and end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards,



business process flows, and security roles.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, and integrations using C# and .NET.
- Build client-side customizations using JavaScript and Dynamics 365 Web API.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform data migration, data validation, and system optimization activities.
- Support deployments, enhancements, upgrades, and production issues.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in technical design reviews.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
- Good documentation and client-facing skills.

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications,
