We conducted the SAP FICO interview and noted the following observations:
- The candidate made mistakes while explaining F110 scenarios presented during the interview.
- He was unable to explain the DMEE scenarios discussed during the interview.
- He confirmed that he has not much worked on Asset Accounting.
- He made errors while explaining the accounting entries related to migration activities.
- Although he mentioned that he is currently working on SAP S/4HANA, his practical exposure to this area appears to be very limited.
- He was unable to explain validations and substitutions, including their practical usage and configuration.
