Excelerate Business delivers Salesforce-led projects for partners and clients around the world. We work on Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, Sales & Service Cloud, and custom apps. We’re growing our delivery team and looking for a senior expert who can own work from start to finish.

About the Role

You will design and build marketing solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud. You’ll work directly with clients, turn their needs into working solutions, and guide the delivery from setup to go-live.

What You’ll Do

- Talk to clients to understand their marketing goals and turn them into clear solution designs
- Set up and configure Data Cloud: data streams, data model mapping, identity resolution, calculated insights, and segments
- Build and launch campaigns, journeys, and personalized messages in Marketing Cloud Next
- Connect Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud Engagement, Sales/Service Cloud, and outside systems
- Plan and support moves from Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC) to Marketing Cloud Next
- Set up consent, data governance, and activation rules the right way
- Write clear documents: solution designs, data maps, and test plans
- Guide junior team members and review their work
- Share updates with clients and flag risks early

What You Need

- 6–10 years of Salesforce experience, with strong hands-on Marketing Cloud work




- Real project experience with Data Cloud (Data 360)
- Hands-on work with, or strong knowledge of, Marketing Cloud Next
- Valuable understanding of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Automation Studio
- Skill in SQL and AMPscript
- Understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integrations
- Clear spoken and written English; comfortable speaking with global clients
- Able to work on your own and deliver on time

Good to Have

- Salesforce certifications: Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Next Consultant, Marketing Cloud Engagement Consultant/Developer
- Experience with Agentforce or AI-driven marketing use cases
- Knowledge of SSJS, CloudPages, or Personalization (Interaction Studio)
- Experience working with US or European clients
