Summary

Coordinate with drafters and site engineers to ensure proper data collection (market research, subject property, and comparable instances) and data entry into in-house tech platform

Prepare valuation calculations, both online (using in-house tech platform) and offline (using MS Excel, etc.)

Prepare valuation reports, both online (using in-house tech platform) and offline (using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)

Review valuation calculations and reports prepared by drafters, both online (using tech platform) and offline (using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc.), to check and review before submission to client

Coordinate with client representative(s) and discuss valuations with them as and when required,

To ensure timely delivery of valuation reports to clients, both online and offline as required

Technical skills

Should be conversant with

l International Valuation Standards 2025

l RICS Red Book 2025

l All approaches and methods for valuations of real estate assets l MS Word and MS Excel l Internet-based searches using Google and other search engines l Organizing data,



and maintaining records l Providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries effectively l Languages: English (read, written and spoken), Hindi (read, written and spoken), and local language where you will be stationed (read, written and spoken)

l Handling communications with local real estate broker(s) and agent(s)

Networking both internal and external

Minimum Educational/Professional Background aluation degree from any accredited college in India in:

B.E. (Civil Engineering) OR Diploma in Civil Engineering OR Architect OR Town Planner

Mandatory - Wealth Tax Registered Valuer (section 34AB) in Land and Building Valuation

Preferable but not mandatory

Positive in Business Development (BD). Exposure and peer networks in the field of finance with real estate, banking, financial services, research, developers or other such related firms will be preferred

Expected years of experience

More than 5 years in valuation and advisory, preferably in IPCs, Real Estate Consultancy, Banks/FIs, Other Valuation Firms
