We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of an enterprise web application programme of about 20 weeks, from mobilisation to production go-live and a formal handover. The application combines guided multi-step forms for capturing complex, structured requirements with backend services that produce recommendations from deterministic business rules and LLM/agent orchestration. You will be the client's main delivery contact and will own reporting, governance and the stakeholder rhythm across business and IT stakeholders in several countries.

You will balance a team of about 6.7 FTE at peak across two parallel workstreams (frontend and backend), keeping scope, allocation and acceptance evidence clear at every point. The work goes to production, so it ends with real users, real business rules and a client team running the platform on its own.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

- Lead end-to-end delivery of the programme from mobilization to production go-live, hyper care and handover, within agreed scope, timeline and quality expectations.
- Scope and plan an optional early discovery/assessment phase where the client takes it up.
- Coordinate the handover acceptance exercise in which the client team builds and deploys the platform.

Planning, Budget, and Governance

- Own mobilization, the programme plan, RACI, governance cadence, risk management, issue logs and decision logs.
- Track named-person allocation against plan, reconcile planned vs actual effort, and flag variance early through clear change control.
- Ensure compliance with Agile best practices and organizational project management standards.





Agile Facilitation and Team Coordination

- Coordinate a cross-functional team of software engineers, a UI/UX engineer and DevOps working under a single tech lead, across frontend and backend workstreams that share one backlog.
- Run two-week sprints, with UX working one sprint ahead of build and architecture decisions recorded as ADRs.

Client and Stakeholder Management

- Act as the client's main delivery contact and run workshops with business and IT stakeholders across several countries and time zones.
- Produce weekly status reports for the client's programme lead covering progress against plan, risks, decisions needed, and planned vs actual effort.
- Manage dependencies on client IT, including environments, SSO and access provisioning, hosting approvals and security reviews.

Risk, Requirements, and Quality

- Run requirements workshops in which incomplete or conflicting stakeholder inputs are logged, assigned an owner and resolved before build, covering business rules, SSO and role requirements, audit needs and complex workflow scope.
- Plan and facilitate UAT with business champions, including scripts, defect triage and sign-off evidence.
- Prepare launch readiness, including training materials and sessions for operators, reviewers and administrators.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, manage dependencies and implement mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track.

Experience and Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.




- Typically 7+ years of delivery or project management experience (strong candidates with 5+ years will be considered), including at least two enterprise software programmes delivered to production, not just pilots or proofs of concept.
- B2B enterprise software delivery with multi-stakeholder, multi-country groups across time zones.
- Experience scoping and delivering programmes that involve SSO, role-based access, audit requirements and complex workflows.
- A track record of running UAT with business champions and obtaining formal sign-off.
- Hands-on experience managing dependencies on client IT, such as access provisioning, hosting approvals and security reviews.
- Experience with structured handover or knowledge transfer to a client operations team, with acceptance criteria.
- Fluency with resource and effort tracking: allocation plans, actuals vs plan, and change control.
- Excellent written English, with status reports clear enough that senior stakeholders can act on them without a meeting.

Preferred

- Delivery of enterprise programmes with rules engines, configuration-driven logic or AI/LLM components.
- B2B enterprise domain experience.
- Agile delivery certification (e.g., PSM or SAFe) or PMP/PRINCE2.
- Experience with the governance models of large global enterprises.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tooling (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, or monday.com).
