Role Description The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of key projects across the Superfan.ng platform, ensuring initiatives are planned, executed, and completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This full time remote role includes managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with product, content, design, and engineering stakeholders, and maintaining clear project documentation and communication. Day-to-day responsibilities involve defining project plans and milestones, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving blockers to keep workstreams aligned.

The Senior Project

Manager will also optimize processes, support resource planning, collaborate on logistics for releases and updates, and provide regular status reports to leadership. This role requires strong ownership of outcomes, structured problem-solving,



and the ability to drive multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely completion of tasks, follow up on deliverables, and manage dependencies across teams.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review project outputs, validate quality, and ensure requirements and standards are met.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and workflows for content, product releases, and operational activities.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ideally in tech, edtech, or digital product environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration abilities, with strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity or interest in African languages and cultures is highly beneficial.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
