WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Run 45-60 minute offer calls with newly onboarded clients and build their Business Model Canvas: niche, avatar, biggest problem, unique value proposition, mechanism, bonuses, guarantee, delivery, price and channel.
- Cut the scope: one problem, one buyer. Tell the client why.
- Turn the client's curriculum into a three-phase journey a buyer can repeat in one sentence.
- Write conditional guarantees that calm a skeptical buyer and protect the client.
- Set price and package. Help clients who freeze at their own price.
- Write the VSL script and the first ad scripts from the offer you built.
- Sign off the funnel before launch, then read the first two weeks of ad numbers with the media buyer and rewrite the hooks that lose.





WHAT WE NEED
- 3-5+ years in direct response, offer creation or positioning, ideally for coaches, consultants or info businesses.
- VSLs or ads that ran on real budget, with numbers you can show.
- You can hold your position when a founder argues for a weak offer.
- You know how high-ticket coaching and consulting is priced in India.
- You use AI rapid while the client is still talking.
- A stable track record in full-time roles.

WHO THIS ISN'T FOR If you only want to write, or only want to run ad accounts, this isn't your job. You'll do the thinking and the writing; the media buyer runs the ads.
