We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Media Planner to develop integrated digital media strategies, drive campaign planning, and deliver measurable results for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, audience behaviour, media investments, and performance metrics, along with the ability to translate business objectives into effective media plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop strategic digital media plans aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and campaign goals.
- Recommend optimal media mixes across digital platforms, including Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, and LinkedIn.
- Manage media budgets, investment forecasts, and budget allocation to maximise campaign efficiency.
- Define campaign KPIs, audience targeting strategies, reach, frequency, and performance projections.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimisations to improve results.
- Analyse campaign metrics and prepare performance reports,



post-campaign analysis, and actionable insights.
- Present media strategies, budget recommendations, and campaign results to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with client servicing, creative, and content teams to develop integrated digital campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital media trends, platform innovations, and AI-powered tools to enhance media planning effectiveness.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience of 5 years plus years managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc
- Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization and decision-making
- Proficiency in digital advertising tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
