Drive website-led sales and revenue growth by improving customer conversion, optimising the online sales funnel, and delivering a seamless digital buying experience.

What Will You Own?

- Drive website revenue, sales growth, and conversion performance.
- Own the end-to-end website sales funnel, from traffic acquisition to lead conversion and purchase.
- Improve conversion rates through funnel analysis, A/B testing, and customer journey optimisation.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Technology, Design, and Sales teams to improve website performance.
- Analyse customer behaviour, website analytics, and sales metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategies to improve average order value, customer engagement, and repeat purchases.
- Track key performance indicators, including revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.

Who Thrives?
- 7–12 years of experience in website sales, e-commerce, or D2C growth.
- Proven track record of driving online revenue and improving website conversions.
- Robust understanding of website analytics, sales funnels, and customer behaviour.
- Experience with analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4, heatmaps, and A/B testing platforms.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in furniture, home décor, lifestyle, or other high-consideration online purchase categories is preferred.
