Vutto is a 3-year old startup (backed by a Tier-1 Angels & VCs) disrupting the used two-wheeler market in India. With our full-stack model, we offer a seamless and trustworthy platform for buying and selling of used bikes.
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end Talent Function at Vutto. Build, Elevate, Scale the talent function at Vutto. Take pride in scaling the company from stage 1 to stage 10.
- Elevate the overall Talent quality of the organisation.
- Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives and more long term projects.
- Build in house capabilities to hire multiple facet roles, from early stage gig workforce to late stage leadership.
The role is a quasi founder role, many high impact initiatives will be led by this role. He/ She needs to take pride in the talent density built at the organisation over number of roles closed. Championing the building of a winning sports team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of Top 1% performance in academics/ sports/ career/ anywhere else, while working in high performing organisations.
- High EQ, high resilience and much higher hunger to learn.
