Title: Senior Manager / AGM – Business Development (Security & Facility Management)

Energos Services India Pvt. Ltd. is a B2B security and facility management company in Delhi NCR. We serve corporate, industrial and institutional clients. We are growing fast and building a senior team.
The role
You will own new client acquisition and grow our existing accounts. You will report directly to the Directors.
What you will do
- Bring new corporate and government clients for manpower security, housekeeping and integrated facility management
- Prepare proposals, pricing and tenders (including GeM)
- Handle key client relationships and renewals
- Build and lead a small sales team
- Give monthly pipeline and revenue reports
Who we want
- 10+ years in security or facility management services
- Proven record of winning large B2B contracts
- Strong network with corporate decision makers in Delhi NCR
- Good knowledge of tendering, pricing and compliance (PSARA, PF/ESI, minimum wages)
- Graduate. MBA is a plus
