As a FanCoder in our legal team you will get an opportunity to engage with business teams, external counsels and counter-parties to help FanCode manage its rapidly growing legal needs.

What you’ll do:

- Draft, review, negotiate and finalise commercial agreements across sports media rights, technology,



digital distribution, partnerships, sponsorship, advertising and marketing.
- Advise business teams on commercial, contractual and intellectual property matters, partnering with cross-functional teams to structure transactions, manage legal risk and support business objectives.
- Develop and strengthen legal and compliance frameworks, policies, processes and best practices to meet FanCode’s evolving business needs.
- Lead anti-piracy and content-protection initiatives, and review marketing, advertising and promotional materials for legal clearance, including videos, clips, highlights, images and music.
- Manage multiple legal matters and transactions from start to finish, maintaining an organised agreement repository and tracking contractual obligations while delivering on time.

Must have:

- LL.B. degree from a recognised university, with 8+ years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in the sports, broadcasting, digital streaming or OTT industry.
- Solid experience in independently drafting, reviewing, negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements, particularly sports media rights, IP agreements
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
