Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Consultant with expertise in RSA Aveksa / RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle (RSA IGL) to support an ongoing Identity and Access Management (IAM) project. The consultant will work independently on assigned deliverables, supporting application onboarding, access governance, certification campaigns, workflow configuration, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance.

The selected candidate will collaborate with the client's internal Aveksa team and work under the guidance of the Client Consulting Delivery Manager to complete in-scope security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the client's internal Aveksa team in troubleshooting issues and onboarding applications into RSA Aveksa / RSA IGL.
- Create, configure, test, and deploy application collectors.
- Perform application inventory analysis for target applications and determine appropriate onboarding and integration requirements.
- Implement and execute supervisor/manager access certification use cases and business rules.
- Configure and maintain access review campaigns, approval workflows, and automated business processes.
- Provide technical support for platform configuration, workflow automation, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with RSA support teams to investigate and resolve product-related issues.
- Assist with platform upgrades, patching, and related technical activities.
- Configure and support Application Framework (AFX)



components and collectors as required.
- Ensure the successful delivery of assigned project activities within the agreed scope and available hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6–7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), preferably in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- Strong hands-on experience with RSA Aveksa / RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle (RSA IGL).
- Proven experience in application onboarding and collector configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Experience configuring AFX, access review campaigns, and certification processes.
- Strong knowledge of workflow development, approval processes, and business rule configuration.
- Experience with RSA Aveksa / RSA IGL platform upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to independently manage assigned deliverables and collaborate effectively with client teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Working Hours and Availability
- Part-time engagement requiring approximately 5–10 hours per week.
- Primary availability window: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM IST.
- Mandatory weekly status meeting every Wednesday at 3:30 PM IST.
- Flexibility to coordinate with the client team based in Spain.
- Occasional early-morning meetings and additional hours may be required for planned platform upgrades or patching during client-approved maintenance windows.

Engagement Details The consultant will join an active project to replace an existing consultant and complete ongoing RSA Aveksa security and identity governance initiatives. The engagement covers a maximum of 389 project hours, subject to the agreed scope and client requirements.
