- Regional presence of service engineer for timely closure of issues
- Attending contractual requirements for installation & commissioning supervision
- Quick resolution of complaints at site
Key Metrics of the Role
- On time site support for west & South Region
- Customer complaints resolution at site
- Feedback from site for improvement actions at plant activities
- Co- ordination in ASR at various sites & their commercial activities completion
- Evaluation of ASRs
- Conducting Customer Trainings at sites
- Analysis of customer complaints at with feedback from site
- Ensuring corrective actions identified in installation & commissioning.
