Development and Validation of Control logic for Powertrain systems and components based on Model Based approach

Responsibilities

- Develop Control logic based on Renault System Engineering approach.

Design Control

Algorithm based on Automotive Standards (MAAB, ISO26262).

- Review the Software Control Model Implement software components, Integrate, and check full functionality meeting the customer requirements
- Responsible for Model In Loop simulation, Experimental data analysis and Control model verification by Hardware In Loop testing, Rapid Prototyping.
- Propose task improvement ideas and improve Productivity and Quality by updating MATLAB script and Excel Macro tools.
- Train recent GET/PGET on Control logic Development.

Internally

Review their deliveries.

Propose modification in development process.

Relevant Experience

- 3-7 years of experience in function development of Powertrain control system
- Expertise in Simulink, State flow, MATLAB Scripting, Verification and Validation, MXAM, Embedded C.
- Validating Control Algorithm by creating real time scenarios
- Automotive Engine(Gasoline/Diesel) / Powertrain / EV/HEV/Mechatronics knowledge is must
