Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

- Design, develop, and test firmware for embedded systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate firmware with hardware components and optimize system performance.
- Lead the architectural design of firmware solutions, including selecting appropriate microcontrollers and development tools.
- Create and maintain detailed design documentation and specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate firmware functionality and performance.
- Utilize debugging tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve firmware issues effectively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in firmware development.
- Contribute to process improvements and the adoption of recent tools and technologies.





Competency (Candidate Profile)

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in firmware development for embedded systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and assembly language for embedded systems.
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and low-level hardware interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools (e.g., debuggers, oscilloscopes).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
