Role Description The Senior Embedded Developer

? Location: Pune

? Experience: 5–8 years

We’re looking for an experienced embedded developer to build reliable firmware for connected IoT products and own development from requirements through production release.

Key resp onsibilities

Design

,develop, test and maintain embedded firmware. Develop device drivers, peripheral interfaces and communication protocols. Collabo rate with hardware teams on board bring-up and validation.



Trouble shoot field issues and improve reliability, performance and memory usage. Review code, mentor developers and maintain technical documentation.

Required skills

Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C Experie nce with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers such as STM32, NXP or equivalent. Underst anding of bare-metal development, RTOS, interrupts, scheduling and synchronization. Experie nce with UART, SPI, I²C, CAN and RS-485. Familia rity with cellular, Wi-Fi or BLE connectivity and MQTT/HTTP protocols. Hands-o n debugging using JTAG/SWD, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.

Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot system-level issues. Experie nce with Git, code reviews and firmware testing.

Valuable to have

Bootlo aders, OTA updates, secure boot and firmware recovery. Industr ial protocols such as Modbus, CANopen or J1939. Low-pow er design, watchdogs and fault handling.* Experie nce delivering industrial IoT products into production.
