Role: Senior Director - Global Alliances

Location: Bengaluru, KA The Purpose, Role Definition, and Requirements:

We are looking for a senior commercial leader who can build relationships with GTM, enterprise sales, and ecosystem teams at leading frontier model companies. You will identify where their customers need support, shape the right Collabera response, and turn those relationships into qualified opportunities and revenue.

What You Will Own:

- Build senior relationships with GTM, sales, and ecosystem leaders across the frontier model market and understand their priorities.
- Lead end-to-end alliance lifecycle from first conversation to signed partnership and joint go-to-market
- Structure commercial models such as referrals, joint selling, embedded solutions, and co-delivery that drive measurable revenue
- Design and activate joint GTM motions including co-sell, co-market, and solution bundling
- Identify enterprise accounts where Collabera can help, then create account plans and GTM motions that turn relationships into business.
- Bring Cognixia's workforce adoption capabilities into relevant enterprise conversations.
- Shape offerings around Forward Deployed Engineers, AI engineers, AI-enabled technology talent and specialized teams.




- Connect enterprise demand with Collabera's North American talent and GCC capabilities, working across internal teams from idea to close.
- Own pipeline and revenue results and bring market insight back into Collabera's strategy.

What You Bring:

- 10 to 15 years in strategic alliances, enterprise GTM, business development, technology partnerships or enterprise sales.
- A record of turning senior relationships into pipeline and revenue.
- Strong relationships across AI, cloud, enterprise software or technology platform companies.
- A clear understanding of enterprise technology sales and complex account environments.
- Credibility with senior executives and the judgment to handle strategic commercial discussions.
- The ability to work across technology, talent, learning and delivery teams with speed and ownership.
- Experience with workforce transformation, talent solutions, learning or GCC models is useful. Existing relationships in the frontier model ecosystem are highly valued.

Collabera is building a long-term growth business around this opportunity and is looking for a senior commercial leader to turn our existing Frontier AI ecosystem into a scalable revenue engine.

Collabera already has established relationships and partnerships across the technology ecosystem, including OpenAI, Anthropic, SpaceX, and other leading technology companies. The foundation is in place. This role is about taking those relationships to the next level—deepening engagement with partner GTM, enterprise sales, and ecosystem teams, developing joint strategies, creating co-selling opportunities, and converting the ecosystem into qualified enterprise pipeline, client opportunities, and sustainable revenue growth.

This is not a traditional alliance management role focused primarily on maintaining relationships, coordinating QBRs, or managing partner programs. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the commercial prospect—identify where Collabera can create differentiated value, build joint go-to-market motions, activate partner channels, develop enterprise pipeline, and ultimately drive partner-led revenue.

Most importantly, this is part of Collabera's long-term, multi-year growth vision. We are looking for a leader who wants to build something meaningful over the next several years: shaping the partnership strategy, establishing a scalable Frontier AI GTM model, developing strategic enterprise relationships, and building a durable, high-growth business around the ecosystem.

The role carries significant ownership, visibility, and long-term wealth-creation potential, including equity/stock option participation, and provides the opportunity to work closely with Collabera's Chairman and President. This leader will have a meaningful voice in defining the strategy, building the commercial model, and shaping how Collabera participates in the rapidly evolving Frontier AI market.
