About the Role

Criska Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior CIAM Security Engineer with deep expertise in IBM Security Verify Access (ISAM) to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable identity and access management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IBM Verify/ISAM, identity federation, authentication protocols, application security, and access control, along with hands-on development experience using React and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain IBM Verify/ISAM components, including WebSEAL, Gateway, Junctions, Federation, and Advanced Access Control (AAC).
- Implement and troubleshoot SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT-based SSO.
- Develop JavaScript Mapping Rules and XSLT Transformation Rules.
- Integrate enterprise applications with identity providers and secure REST APIs.
- Configure MFA, adaptive authentication, and risk-based access policies.
- Manage identity synchronization and provisioning using IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI).
- Troubleshoot authentication flows, session management,



and production issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and DevSecOps teams to implement security best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in IAM/CIAM engineering, specializing in IBM Verify/ISAM.
- Strong hands-on expertise in WebSEAL, Gateway configuration, Junction Management, and Federation.
- Proficiency in SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and SSO.
- Experience with React, Node.js, REST APIs, JavaScript Mapping Rules, XSLT, and IBM TDI.
- Robust understanding of LDAP, SSL certificates, token security, and session management.
- Knowledge of IBM Verify SaaS, hybrid identity deployments, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
