We’re Hiring: Security Platform Architect (AWS)

CredO is a Bengaluru-based deep-tech cybersecurity company building RTSI, a real-time security intelligence platform, and O Protocols, a governed-computation platform.

We’re looking for a hands-on engineer who can design, build and own secure cloud platforms and distributed backend systems.

You may currently be a Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Staff Engineer or Architect. Your personal engineering contribution matters more than your title.

Key Responsibilities

- Own cloud and application architecture, from design through production implementation.
- Build scalable microservices, APIs and event-driven distributed systems.
- Design authentication, authorization, API security, encryption, secrets management and tenant isolation.
- Architect secure AWS infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Handle concurrency, changing state, retries, event replay and failure recovery.
- Remain hands-on with coding, reviews, debugging and performance optimisation.
- Work closely with our founder and engineering team on technical direction.

Required Skills and Experience

- 5–9 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Solid programming skills in Java, Go,



Python or a similar language.
- Production experience with microservices, APIs and distributed systems.
- Personally built and owned a security product, IAM/authorization system, policy engine, secure runtime or substantial security-platform component.
- Strong AWS security expertise covering IAM policies, VPC/network security, KMS, Secrets Manager and security monitoring/governance services.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Ability to explain production architecture, design trade-offs and failure handling.

Good to Have

- Kafka, stream processing and stateful computation.
- Security telemetry, correlation or risk-computation systems.
- RBAC, ABAC, policy engines and runtime enforcement.
- Kubernetes and multi-tenant SaaS.
- Practical ML/intelligence-system integration and evaluation.
