Commercial Accountant – E-commerce Vendor Finance (Coimbatore)

RIK Industries Pvt. Ltd. (About Space brand) manufactures flat-pack furniture at our plant in Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, and sells primarily through Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart and B2B accounts. We are a 130-plus person company with our own CNC production, packing and dispatch. We are hiring a Commercial Accountant to own margin, receivables and management reporting, leading accounts team. This role reports directly to the Managing Director.

What you will do

- Verify cost prices on Amazon Vendor Central against our approved price list for every PO, per ASIN, and flag any drift
- Audit all Amazon deductions — CoOp, COGS discounts, shortage claims, price claims, chargebacks — against agreements; maintain a deduction register per PO and dispute what is not due
- Enter GRNs against marketplace receipts and reconcile dispatched vs received vs paid
- Manage receivables with our Amazon vendor partner and other customers: ageing, follow-up, credit notes, reconciliation of statements
- Set up and run marketplace accounting for direct selling (Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub) as and when we expand — settlement reconciliation, fee and commission verification, FBA inventory and reimbursement claims, GST on marketplace sales.
- Reconcile opening stock, production, dispatch and closing stock every month; attend the quarterly physical count




- Build the monthly management P&L; from the closed trial balance: revenue and margin by channel and by SKU after deductions, overheads, cash flow — presented to the MD by the 10th of each month
- Supervise the Accounts Executive, review the monthly close, and own the compliance calendar
- Support costing for current SKUs and B2B quotations

What we are looking for

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter with 4–8 years in accounts, including at least 2 years handling Amazon or Flipkart accounts on the seller/manufacturer side — Vendor Central required, Seller Central experience a strong plus.
- Strong Excel (lookups, pivots, reconciliations of large statements); Tally Prime working knowledge
- Understands e-commerce vendor terms — CoOp, COGS, chargebacks, returns, credit notes
- Analytical and persistent; comfortable disputing deductions and chasing collections
- Tamil preferred; good English for email, portals and vendor correspondence
- Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore; on-site role

What we offer

- ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month, depending on experience and qualification
- Additional ₹5,000 per month relocation allowance for candidates moving from outside Coimbatore
- Six-day week, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Canteen on site.

Direct working relationship with the Managing Director and full ownership of margin and reporting.
