We’re hiring one person to own how LocoTrails gets discovered online, across Google, AI search, Reddit and Google Maps. It’s fully remote and full ownership.
The story / hook angle
- We’ve grown almost entirely through word of mouth: 400+ custom trips a year across 60+ destinations.
- The way people find things has changed. They ask ChatGPT, search Reddit and check Google Maps before they ever call anyone.
- We want to show up in all of those places, and we need someone to lead that.
What the role is
- Owns the entire domain, with no layers in between and a direct line to Prithvi
- Own SEO and GEO strategy, so we rank on Google and get cited by AI tools
- Build a genuine Reddit presence by answering threads, starting conversations and being practical rather than salesy
- Turn those conversations into content briefs and lead the writing team (60–80 blogs a month)
- Optimise the website and grow our Google Business Profile
- Track what’s working and own the results
