What You Will Do

Do you enjoy helping teams turn Agile principles into disciplined, outcome-focused delivery? As a Scrum Master, you will lead and coach Agile teams to deliver high-value outcomes through servant leadership, solid collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will create focus, facilitate effective ceremonies, surface delivery risks,



and help teams strengthen self-organization and predictability.

What You Can Expect

- Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile principles, practices, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement.
- Plan and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demonstrations, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Identify, track, and help resolve risks, impediments, and dependencies, escalating when appropriate and protecting team focus.
- Coordinate across teams through Scrum-of-Scrum forums, Release Train Engineers, other Scrum Masters, and communities of practice.
- Champion Agile ways of working and, where applicable, partner with Financial Management and stakeholders to maintain accurate Journey and Team reporting.

What You Will Bring

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Five or more years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable Agile delivery role.
- Demonstrated experience with Scrum, Kanban, story writing, estimation, backlog refinement, and related Agile techniques.
- Strong servant-leadership, coaching, facilitation, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication, analysis, organization, problem-solving, adaptability, and stakeholder-partnership skills.

What will set you apart?
- Scrum Master certification.
- Experience with Jira, Miro, or comparable Agile collaboration and delivery tools.
- Experience with Power BI or comparable reporting and analytics tools.
- Experience supporting scaled Agile delivery or Program Increment planning.
