Role Description The SAP Treasury Consultant role is a full-time remote position responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Treasury and Cash Management solutions for client organizations. Day-to-day work includes analyzing business requirements, mapping them to SAP treasury functionalities, and implementing system enhancements that support liquidity management, cash positioning, and financial risk monitoring. The consultant will collaborate with finance and accounting stakeholders to streamline treasury processes, troubleshoot system issues, and provide guidance on best practices.

Typical activities include preparing functional specifications, performing system testing,



supporting integrations with banking and financial platforms, and documenting process flows and user procedures. The role also involves end-user training, ongoing support, and participation in project meetings to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of treasury operations.

Qualifications

- Robust Treasury Management and Cash Management skills, with hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP Treasury modules.
- Solid foundation in Finance and Accounting to understand financial statements, cash flows, and treasury-related reporting.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess liquidity and risk, and recommend process or system improvements.
- Experience with SAP FI/CO or related finance modules, and familiarity with bank integration, payment processes, and financial instruments.
- Ability to communicate complex financial and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record working in remote or distributed teams, with solid self-management and time-management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; professional certifications in SAP or treasury (e.g., CTP) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in consulting or project-based work, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and user training.
