Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily data entry and transaction processing in SAP.
- Enter and update purchase orders, sales orders, goods receipts, material issues, stock records, and other relevant business transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, fabrics, trims, accessories, and finished goods.
- Update inventory and material movement details in SAP as per company procedures.
- Coordinate with the Stores, Purchase, Merchandising, Production, Accounts, and Commercial departments for timely data entry and verification.
- Verify source documents, invoices, challans, delivery notes, and other supporting documents before entering data into SAP.
- Assist in generating SAP reports related to inventory, material consumption, purchase, sales, and production.
- Identify and report discrepancies in SAP entries, stock records, and supporting documents.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support day-to-day SAP operations and assist in resolving basic data-entry-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP and hands-on experience in SAP data entry.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, purchase processes, and material movement.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage routine tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
