? Job SummaryQloron Technology is looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant with strong functional expertise in warehouse management processes and production support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience resolving SAP EWM incidents, performing root cause analysis, managing service requests, and ensuring uninterrupted warehouse operations within defined SLA timelines.

? Key Responsibilities

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP EWM production incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.
- Provide functional support for inbound and outbound delivery processing, Goods Receipt (GR), putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and physical inventory.
- Support replenishment, Value-Added Services (VAS), and other core warehouse processes.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent corrective and preventive solutions.
- Monitor daily warehouse operations and minimize business disruptions.
- Investigate warehouse task/order issues, stock discrepancies, delivery processing errors, and warehouse execution problems.
- Collaborate with SAP MM, SD, and other integrated teams to resolve end-to-end process issues.
- Support incident prioritization, service request fulfillment, defect resolution, and change management.
- Coordinate with business users to understand issues, validate solutions, and provide timely updates.
- Maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and proactively reduce recurring incidents.





? Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP EWM experience, preferably in production support or an AMS workplace.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP EWM warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, replenishment, and VAS.
- Experience in incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and service request resolution.
- Understanding of SAP EWM integration with SAP MM and SAP SD.
- Strong functional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production support environment.

? Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SAP EWM integrated with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
- Familiarity with warehouse monitoring, stock reconciliation, and interface-related issue resolution.
- Exposure to SAP EWM configuration, testing, and transport management.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Experience in SLA-driven support environments with a focus on incident prevention and continuous improvement.
