Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO – Financial Planning Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP finance processes and the ability to support financial planning, analysis, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP FICO functionalities, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Support cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, and cost allocations.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, management reports, and financial statements.
- Perform financial data analysis and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand financial planning requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Support integration between SAP FICO and other modules, including SAP MM, SD, and HR.
- Assist in financial planning model development, cost analysis, profitability analysis, and financial performance reporting.




- Participate in system configuration, testing, UAT, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Support SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, financial controls, and compliance with organizational policies.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
- Good knowledge of SAP FI and CO business processes.
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Expertise in cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and cost allocation.
- Experience in financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Understanding of integration with SAP MM and SAP SD.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning or SAP BPC.
- Knowledge of SAP Group Reporting and profitability analysis.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A;).
- Familiarity with Fiori applications and financial reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or other reporting and analytics tools.
