Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- 6 years of experience in SAP Controlling (CO), preferably with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Solid knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing.
- Experience in CO configuration, cost allocation, assessment, distribution, and settlement.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP FI, MM, and PP modules.
- Experience in month-end closing, cost analysis, reporting, and issue resolution.

SAP CO Responsibilities (Primary skill)
- Configure and support:
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Cost Element Accounting
- COPA (Profitability Analysis)
- Planning and Budgeting
- Support allocation cycles, assessments, and settlements.
- Design and validate management reporting requirements.

Costing & Manufacturing Responsibilities (Primary Skill )
- Configure and support:
- Product Cost Planning
- Standard Costing
- Cost Rollups




- Cost Component Structures
- Cost Object Controlling
- Production Variance Analysis
- Material Ledger (preferred)
- Inventory Valuation
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and production teams to understand costing requirements.
- Support annual standard cost updates and periodic cost estimates.
- Analyze production variances and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Work closely with business users to validate product costing and profitability calculations.

Rollout Responsibilities

- Conduct fit-gap workshops and solution design sessions.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
- Facilitate end-user training and knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and global process own ers.
