Role Description The Sales & Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue, expand market share, and strengthen the brand in domestic and international markets. Day-to-day tasks include managing key customer accounts, identifying recent business opportunities, coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, and preparing sales forecasts and performance reports.

The manager will plan and implement marketing campaigns, oversee digital and offline promotional activities, conduct market and competitor analysis, and represent the company at industry events and customer meetings. This role also involves leading and mentoring team members, monitoring sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented support.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in paper, packaging, manufacturing,



or related industrial sectors.
- Strong skills in business development, key account management, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies, including brand positioning, campaign management, and participation in trade shows or industry events.
- Competence in market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting to support decision-making and growth planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Experience working with international customers or export markets is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms to track leads, opportunities, and marketing activities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, travel as needed for customer visits, and manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
