Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Officer will manage and grow sales within an assigned territory, focusing on retail, wholesale, and channel partners.

Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new distributors, maintaining relationships with existing partners, ensuring product availability and visibility, and executing trade promotions. The role involves tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends,



generating leads, and sharing regular reports with the sales leadership team.

The Sales

Officer will also handle customer queries, coordinate with internal operations teams, and support initiatives to increase market share and brand presence.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Operations skills, including territory management, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in Channel Sales, with the ability to manage distributors, retailers, and other trade partners.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to address queries and maintain professional relationships.
- Capability in Lead Generation and follow-up to convert opportunities into sustainable business.
- Previous experience in FMCG or consumer goods sales is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur and travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and analysis.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
