Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans (both digital and offline).
· Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients.
· Drive new client acquisition while building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
· Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closure and onboarding.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction.
· Track sales performance, pipelines, and conversion metrics using CRM and analytics tools.
· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights.
· Support outbound sales efforts through networking events, partnerships, and industry forums.
· Represent the company at events and meetings, ensuring solid brand and value proposition communication.
Qualifications
· BBA/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
· Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, negotiation, and relationship management.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
· Experience in sustainability, real estate, infrastructure, or consulting domains is a plus.
