Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Patient Support Executive to handle online enquiries, respond to client queries, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain accurate records during US shift hours.
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to messages and enquiries on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
Track website enquiries and respond to prospective clients promptly.
Communicate with clients professionally and provide approved service information.
Follow up on pending enquiries and coordinate with the concerned team.
Record client interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the designated KPI/CRM system.
Escalate complex queries or sensitive issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain daily activity records and provide shift handover updates.
Ensure a polite, empathetic, and qualified customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and email communication.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets.
Good follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently during US night shift hours.
Willingness to learn and provide excellent customer support.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or social media handling is an advantage.
