Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at PlayStation Exclusive Phoenix Marketcity in Bengaluru.

The Sales

Executive is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their gaming needs, and recommending suitable PlayStation products and bundles. Daily tasks include explaining product features, demonstrating consoles and accessories, handling inquiries, and providing clear, accurate information about pricing, promotions, and warranties. The role also involves achieving sales targets, processing billing and payments, managing stock on the shop floor, and maintaining attractive product displays.

The Sales

Executive will work closely with the team to ensure a clean, organized store, support basic after-sales guidance, and contribute to a positive, engaging environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to engage diverse customers and build long-term relationships.
- Sales and retail skills, including product recommendation, upselling, cross-selling, and meeting individual and store-level targets.
- Communication skills, such as clear verbal communication, active listening, and basic written skills for messages and documentation. Proficiency in spoken English is a must.
- Basic technical understanding of gaming consoles, accessories, and software, with a genuine interest in PlayStation and gaming trends.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory on the floor, maintain displays, and handle billing accurately.
- Ability to work adaptable retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and collaborate effectively as part of a store team.
- Prior experience in retail, consumer electronics, or gaming products is preferred but not mandatory; entry-level candidates with strong enthusiasm for gaming are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or equivalent; higher education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
- Basic skills to manage and post on social media platforms regarding new products and simple day to day engagement of the store and some customer experiences.
- Enthusiasm to work with a fast selling, high in demand product while sharing workspace with like-minded individuals is appreciated
